Where we deliver

We deliver with DPD to addresses across England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Charges and timings

Standard DPD delivery is free across the United Kingdom and Ireland. Delivery normally takes 2–4 working days in the United Kingdom and 2–5 working days in Ireland. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Ireland import taxes

For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, GRECU TECH LTD prepays all import taxes and customs duties. You will not be asked to pay these charges on delivery.

Late, missing or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the delivery time shown at checkout, or arrives damaged, email info@grecutech.com with your order number. Goods remain our responsibility until you, or someone you nominate to receive them, take physical possession. Contact us rather than being required to resolve a missing parcel with the courier yourself.

Your rights if delivery is late

Unless agreed otherwise, we deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract. If we miss the agreed deadline, you can normally give us an appropriate further period to deliver. If we still do not deliver, you can end the contract and receive a refund without undue delay. You need not give extra time if we refuse to deliver or delivery by the agreed deadline was essential.
