1. About us

GrecuTech is the trading name of GRECU TECH LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17411646. Our registered office is 5 Ashdowne Lodge, 158-160 High Street, Harrow HA3 7AX, United Kingdom. You can contact us by email at info@grecutech.com.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed through grecutech.com. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you buy as a business, sections that only apply to consumers do not apply to you.

3. Our products

We sell wired computer peripherals such as keyboards, mice, webcams and headsets. Product images are illustrative, but goods supplied must match their description; this does not permit material changes to what you ordered. Check the stated connection and keyboard layout. Where a layout is not stated, contact us before ordering rather than assuming it is a UK layout.

4. Store status

Our online shop is currently being prepared and orders cannot yet be placed. Until checkout opens, nothing on this site is an offer to sell. When ordering becomes available, the price, delivery charge, expected delivery time and accepted payment methods will be shown clearly before you confirm your order.

5. Placing an order and contract

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We will send an email acknowledging receipt; a contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order or dispatch the goods, whichever happens first. Before acceptance we may decline an order, for example because an item is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing error, and refund any payment in full. This does not give us a general right to cancel after a contract has formed. We will provide the contract information and cancellation details by email.

6. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and the total payable, including applicable taxes, will be shown before ordering. Standard DPD delivery to the UK and Ireland is free. Payment is due at the time of ordering unless stated otherwise. If we discover an obvious pricing error we will contact you before accepting your order and you may cancel at no cost.

For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, GRECU TECH LTD prepays all import taxes and customs duties. You will not be asked to pay these charges on delivery.

7. Delivery

We deliver with DPD to addresses across the United Kingdom and Ireland. Delivery details are set out on our Delivery page. Unless agreed otherwise, we will deliver without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the contract. Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or someone you have nominated, take physical possession of them. Ownership passes once we have received full payment.

8. Your right to cancel

As a consumer you may cancel your contract within 14 days of the day after you receive the goods, without giving a reason. Full details, including how to return items and how refunds work, are on our Returns & Refunds page.

9. Faulty goods

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. You normally have 30 days from delivery to reject faulty goods for a full refund. Later remedies usually include a repair or replacement at no cost, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. If one repair or replacement fails, is unavailable or is not completed appropriately, you can usually seek a price reduction or final rejection. Our Returns & Refunds page explains these remedies and the six-month presumption. Your rights are additional to any manufacturer warranty.

10. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for business losses where you buy as a consumer.

11. Personal data

We use your personal data only as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Complaints

If you are unhappy, please email info@grecutech.com with your order number and we will aim to resolve the matter promptly. You may also be able to use an alternative dispute resolution provider or Citizens Advice for independent guidance.

13. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live in Ireland, these terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings in your home courts that apply to you.
