Data we collect

• Contact details: name, email address, delivery and billing address, and phone number if you give one.
• Account details: sign-in email, password authentication information or Google sign-in identifier, and saved addresses. If you choose Google sign-in, Google supplies the identity information needed to authenticate your account, such as your email and profile name.
• Order details: items, amounts, invoices, payment status and delivery status. We never store full card numbers.
• Messages: the content of emails and contact-form messages you send us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and, with your consent, analytics and advertising cookie data.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

• To process and deliver orders and handle returns — performance of a contract.
• To answer your questions — our legitimate interest in providing customer service.
• To keep invoices and accounting records — legal obligation.
• To prevent fraud and keep the site secure — legitimate interest.
• For analytics and advertising measurement — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers who help us run the shop, such as website hosting, email delivery, payment providers, couriers including DPD and, with your consent, analytics and advertising services. How long we keep it

• Order and invoice records: six years after the end of the financial year, as required for tax purposes.
• Customer-service messages: for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry and deal with associated legal claims.
• Accounts: while needed to provide your account; related order records may be retained where legally required after account closure.
• Security and technical records: for the period necessary to investigate security events, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations.
• Cookies: as described in our Cookie Policy.

Required and optional information

Required fields are identified in forms. Without information needed for an order, we may be unable to process or deliver it. Optional contact details and optional cookie choices are not a condition of browsing. We obtain data from you, your chosen sign-in service, and payment or delivery providers when they report transaction or delivery status.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email info@grecutech.com. We will respond within one month.
